About us

A trade supplier built around reordering

Anyone can sell you stock once. We are set up for the buyers who come back every month — which means dependable availability, straight answers on lead times, and documentation that does not create work for you.

Who we supply

Independent retailers, online stores and marketplace sellers

Total Wholesale is a UK trade-only wholesaler. We buy direct, hold stock in our own warehouse, and supply businesses that resell — from single-site independents through to established online brands shipping thousands of units a month.

We currently run 3 ranges. That list changes with demand: we add lines that sell through and drop the ones that do not, rather than padding a catalogue to look bigger than it is.

What does not change is how we operate — inspected stock, realistic dispatch windows, and invoices that stand up when a marketplace asks to see them.

How we work

Four things we hold ourselves to

None of this is glamorous. All of it is what decides whether a supplier is worth keeping.

We pick ranges, not catalogues

We would rather stock a short list of lines that reorder well than a long list that sits in the warehouse. Every range earns its shelf space or it comes off.

Inspect before it ships

Counts, seals, barcode integrity and carton condition are checked on every batch. If something fails, it does not go out — we would rather tell you it is delayed than send it.

Paperwork that holds up

Commercial invoices carry our full registered details, correct VAT treatment and a line-level SKU breakdown. Buyers who need it for marketplace ungating get it as standard.

Honest about lead times

If a line has slipped, we say so before you order rather than after. A supplier is only useful if you can plan around them.

Operations

What sits behind the catalogue

Warehouse

Stocked in the UK

We hold stock rather than drop-shipping it, which is why stocked lines can leave within 24 to 48 hours of an order landing.

Sourcing

Direct manufacturer relationships

Buying direct keeps a layer of cost out of the chain and gives us visibility of production runs, so we can flag a delay early.

Quality

Batch-level QC records

Every batch is logged against the carton labels it shipped under. If a fault turns up later, we can trace it rather than guess.

Logistics

Consolidated dispatch

Mixed pallets across ranges go out as a single consignment to your unit, a 3PL, or straight into a fulfilment centre.
