The details that matter

Minimum order quantity

MOQ is set per line and confirmed on your quote. It is the smallest quantity of that line we will ship — you can mix multiple lines to build an order.

Case sizes

Goods ship in full outer cases. Order quantities round up to the nearest case, so a 100-unit MOQ on a 25-unit case means four cases minimum.

Payment

New accounts pay by card or bank transfer before dispatch. Accounts with three months of consistent ordering can apply for 30-day invoice terms, subject to a credit check.

Delivery

Stocked lines dispatch within 24–48 hours on a tracked pallet or parcel service. Larger orders can be consolidated onto mixed pallets or routed to a 3PL or fulfilment centre.

Documentation

Every order ships with a commercial invoice showing our registered details, VAT treatment and a line-level SKU breakdown — the format marketplaces ask for during category ungating.
