What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQs vary by SKU but typically start at 25–150 units per item. Mixed-SKU container loads are available at preferential pricing. Contact sales for category-specific MOQs.
Do you provide invoices for Amazon ungating?+
Yes. We issue commercial invoices that meet Amazon's ungating requirements: business name and address (yours and ours), invoice date within 180 days, itemized SKUs and quantities, and our verifiable contact details. Custom phrasing for specific category reviews is available on request.
What are the shipping lead times?+
In-stock items dispatch within 2–3 business days. Domestic ground delivery is 2–5 business days; international air freight is 5–10 days; sea freight 25–40 days depending on destination port. We can also ship directly to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?+
Yes. We support FBA prep services including labeling (FNSKU), polybagging, bundling, and palletization to Amazon's specifications.
Do products come with UPCs/GTINs?+
Yes — every SKU includes a valid GS1-registered UPC or GTIN, ensuring smooth Amazon listing creation and brand registry alignment.
What payment terms are available?+
Standard terms are 30% deposit / 70% before shipment via wire transfer. Net-30 terms are available to qualified accounts after a credit review.
Do you offer private label or custom branding?+
Yes, on select SKUs above the customization MOQ. We support logo printing, custom packaging, and insert cards. Reach out for a custom quote.
